Her personal trainer combines a series of upper body, lower body and abs exercises. For example, Jennifer will do chest presses, followed by lat pull down, squats and crunches on stability ball. She then completes the circuit 3 times with little rest.<br />
<br />
Her favorite workout is reverse lunge which works hard on legs (quadriceps, hamstrings) and butt (glutes).<br />

Disyorkan mengambil tablet PhytoNatal pada hari ke – 4 selepas bersalin. Dosej yang disarankan adalah bergantung kepada kelawasan pembuangan air besar anda. 1 botol PhytoNatal jika di ambil dosej diantara 2 – 3 tablet 1 hari boleh bertahan selama 30 hari – 45 hari. <br />

Anak yang enggan solat, keras kepala, tidak mendengar kata dan gemar bergaul bebas – ini hanya sekadar beberapa masalah yang dihadapi ibu bapa. Tahukah anda, salah satu cara paling efektif untuk membuatkan anak lembut hati dan mudah mendengar kata ialah dengan membuatkan dia merasa disayangi?<br />

<br />
Sebenarnya membuatkan anak merasa disayangi tidak memerlukan wang ringgit atau perbelanjaan yang banyak. Tidak perlulah anda membelikan hadiah yang mahal atau percutian yang menelan perbelanjaan yang besar. Malah, sekiranya kita membuat anak kita berasa tidak istimewa sepanjang tahun, barang mainan yang mahal atau jamuan hari jadi yang dibuat di hotel lima bintang tidak akan dapat mengubah perasaan yang dirasai anak kita itu. Apa yang penting dalam jangka masa panjang adalah perkara-perkara kecil yang anda lakukan setiap hari.<br />

Ada enam cara mudah yang boleh anda lakukan untuk membuatkan anak merasa disayangi:<br />

<span style="font-family: "Trebuchet MS", sans-serif;"><em>1. Ucapkan kata-kata sayang terutama di kala dia sedih</em></span><br />
Anak-anak perlu mendengar ucapan kasih sayang ini lebih-lebih lagi sekiranya mereka sedang mengalami masalah atau kemurungan. Contohnya, apabila berlaku sesuatu kejadian di sekolah yang menyusahkan hatinya. Pada saat-saat duka seperti ini, dia perlu tahu yang anda sentiasa di sisinya untuk memberi sokongan kepadanya.<br />
<br />
<em><span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;">2. Tunjukkan yang anda gembira apabila berjumpa dengannya</span></em><br />
Serlahkan wajah riang ketika menyambut anak anda pulang dari sekolah, umpamanya. Tunjukkan keceriaan bila anda pulang dari bercuti ataupun dari pejabat. Katakan yang anda merinduinya.<br />

<span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"><em>3. Perhati dan akui perkara-perkara baik yang dilakukannya</em></span><br />
Ibubapa selalunya bertujuan baik apabila menegur kesilapan atau kesalahan yang dilakukan oleh anak-anak mereka, kerana berharap anak-anak tidak akan mengulangi kesalahan itu lagi. Tetapi teguran-teguran ini mengecewakan anak-anak apabila ibubapa tidak nampak dan tidak memuji perkara-perkara baik yang mereka lakukan.<br />
<br />
Anak-anak akan berasa kurang bersemangat dan mungkin akan cenderung melakukan perkara-perkara yang buruk hanya untuk menarik perhatian ibubapa. Apabila memuji anak anda, berikanlah kata-kata pujian yang khusus dan jelas serta ikhlas kepada mereka. Sebagai contoh, "Mama gembira sebab Lan mahu berkongsi biskut coklat cip ini dengan nenek" atau "Rajin anak Papa menyimpan semula buku-buku itu setelah dibaca" atau "Papa seronok tengok Liza melukis dan bermain dengan adik."<br />

<span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"><em>4. Dengarkan kata-katanya</em></span><br />
Apabila anak bersuara dan ingin memberitahu anda sesuatu perkara, tumpukanlah perhatian dan dengarlah apa yang ingin dikatakannya itu. Lihat wajahnya dan hindari diri daripada menyampuk sehingga dia selesai bercakap. Mendengar bukanlah sekadar mendengar dan mengangguk sahaja.<br />

Satu cara untuk menunjukkan kepada anak yang anda betul-betul mendengar apa yang dikatakannya adalah dengan bertanya soalan seperti "Jadi Faris ambil pen kamu tanpa kebenaran kamu?" Mendengar tidak bermakna anda mesti bersetuju dengan apa yang dikatakan oleh anak anda. Tetapi dengan mendengar, anda boleh membantu anak anda meluahkan isi hatinya serta membuatkannya berasa lega dan tenteram kerana anda mengambil berat di atas kesejahteraannya.<br />

Anak anda akan berfikir, "Mama/Papa mengambil berat terhadap diri saya, jadi saya tak perlu bimbang." Anak anda perlukan keselesaan emosi seperti ini. Kadangkala anak anda perlukan anda mendengar pengakuannya. Ini berlaku kerana mungkin dia merasakan yang dia telah melakukan satu kesalahan dan kesalahan ini membuatkan dia berasa resah gelisah. Sekiranya ini terjadi, kawal diri daripada memarahinya. Sebaliknya, pujilah dia kerana bersikap jujur dan berani berbincang dengan anda. Dia perlu tahu yang anda tidak memandang rendah kepadanya hanya kerana dia telah melakukan kesalahan. Ini bermakna, walaupun dia telah melakukan kesilapan, anda masih menganggapnya istimewa.<br />

<span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"><em>5. Luangkan masa untuk melakukan apa yang diingininya</em></span><br />
Kanak-kanak mengaitkan kasih sayang dengan perbuatan. Lebih-lebih lagi kanak-kanak kecil, mereka tidak begitu tahu untuk menjelaskan ungkapan ini, tetapi mereka tahu apa itu kasih sayang. Bagi kanak-kanak, kasih sayang adalah apa yang dialami dan dirasainya atau apa yang dilihatnya dilakukan oleh orang lain.<br />

Apa yang anak anda mahu lakukan bersama anda? Menanam pokok bawang untuk projek Sainsnya ataupun membaca sebuah buku cerita bersama-sama atau membaca satu kisah lucu dan ketawa bersama-sama? Mungkin juga membuat dinosaur kertas mengikut model yang terdapat dalam buku origami yang anda baru belikan untuknya atau membuat kentang putar untuk makan malam nanti.<br />
<br />
Apa pun yang anda lakukan bersamanya, biarlah dia yang memilih aktivitinya dan jika anda tidak boleh melakukannya serta-merta, tetapkanlah tarikh dan masa yang sesuai untuk anda dan juga untuk dirinya. Aktiviti-aktiviti ini boleh dirancang terlebih dahulu tetapi boleh juga dilakukan secara spontan. Perkara-perkara kecil yang anda lakukan bersama akan meninggalkan kesan mendalam di hati dan perasaan anda berdua.<br />

6. Tunjukkan minat terhadap apa yang diusahakannya<br />
Kanak-kanak gemar menunjukkan kepada kita apa yang sedang mereka lakukan. Sebagai contoh, jika anak anda yang berusia sembilan tahun sedang menyiapkan dua keping lukisan yang berlainan dan bertanya kepada anda lukisan mana satu yang anda lebih suka, dekati anak anda dan amatilah kedua-dua lukisan dengan penuh minat. Katakan sesuatu yang khusus seperti, "Yang ini lagi cantik sebab Ana melukis pokok dan daunnya dengan jelas. Warnanya pun lebih terang."<br />
<br />
Elakkan daripada menjawab secara acuh tak acuh, "Papa tengok sama saja kedua-dua lukisan tu." Ataupun sekiranya anda sedang melihat anak belasan tahun anda bermain badminton, anda boleh memujinya dengan berkata, "Pukulan Ina sekarang semakin baik dan lebih bertenaga."<br />
<br />
Ataupun sekiranya dia meminta pendapat anda mengenai karangan yang sedang ditulisnya, anda boleh berkata, "Bahagian pengenalan karangan yang Zul tulis tu memang bagus." Anda mungkin berfikir yang kata-kata pujian akan membuatkan diri anak terlampau berpuas hati dengan dirinya sendiri dan tidak lagi mahu berusaha. Tetapi tiada apa yang lebih memotivasikan seorang anak selain daripada kata-kata perangsang daripada ibubapanya. Tidak kira dalam keadaan apa pun atau apa pun yang sedang dilakukan oleh anak anda, carilah perkara yang elok dan betul dan berikanlah puji-pujian. Anak anda akan menghargai kata-kata pujian itu dan akan berasa gembira.<br />
